Centering Prayer Workshop in Tuggeranong

This workshop and refresher day will be lead by Sr. Lorraine Cupitt assisted by Rob Moore.

The day will cover among other things:

• An introduction to the method of Centering Prayer
• Opportunities to practice Centering Prayer
• Some sharing of the experiences of Centering Prayer
• The benefits of Centering Prayer in daily life

The day will be suitable for newcomers to Centering Prayer and for practitioners who wish to further explore their contemplative journey through Centering Prayer.

Cost: Donation (to defray costs)

Lunch: Participants are asked to bring something (eg. sandwiches) to share with others for lunch.
