Centering Prayer workshop Saturday 29 April 2006

A Centering Prayer workshop and refresher day will be lead by Sr. Sheila Normoyle RSM from the Windsor (NSW) Centering Prayer Group. The day will cover among other things:

·       An introduction to the method of Centering Prayer

·       Opportunities to practice Centering Prayer

·       Some sharing of the experiences of the Windsor Centering Prayer Group with this contemplative         practice

·       Centering Prayer leadership

·       The benefits of Centering Prayer in daily life

The day will be suitable for newcomers to Centering Prayer, for practitioners who may have commenced their contemplative journey through Centering Prayer and for those who simply want to use the day as an opportunity to get back into Centering Prayer.

When:         Saturday 29 April, 2006 from 9.30am – 4.15pm

Cost:           A donation would be appreciated to defray the expenses of the day

Lunch:         Participants are asked to bring something to share with others.
